Just wondering, what would be the duties of the leader(s) other than leading and being committed twice a month?

I would absolutely love to be involved with young people and really
appreciate the invitation. God is at work in this world, our
community, and my life.

Currently I’m negotiating my work schedule to have Sundays and Thursdays off.
I assume you would need me Sunday mornings and I attend home group Thursdays
The jury is still out for deliberation but I should know with in a few
weeks. If God would but nod it will be so.

When does the commitment start and what exactly is involved?
